AN IMPORTANT WORD TO OUR LISTENERS...
We have had to make some changes in the distribution of the show to radio stations.
Due to conditions in the advertising market that are beyond our
control, we will no longer be able to provide the show free of charge
to radio stations as we have in the past. We are asking our affiliate
stations to pay a very reasonable fee to broadcast the show, starting
with the weekend of August 26-27.
We hope that many stations will continue to carry the show. Others may elect not to do so. It is their choice.
Dr. Demento will continue to produce new shows each week (except for occasional re-runs) as he has for 36 years.
We will continue to make the new Dr. Demento Show available for
streaming at our website every Monday, as we have since the start of
the year.
Dr. Demento and everyone here greatly appreciates your support and hope
you will continue to enjoy the show for a long time to come.

that fearless free-for-all that is the one and only Dr. Demento Show.
We will be making the latest Dr. Demento Show available each Monday,
and offering a rotating selection of earlier shows. The Funny 25
countdown of the top Demented hits of 2005 will be available January 2,
2006.
ATTENTION: we will also be offering an alternate version of the Funny 25 with UNBLEEPED versions of many of the songs.
Currently we are also offering one of the very earliest Dr. Demento
shows, from 1971, originally heard on the legendary KPPC-FM in
Pasadena. More 1971 shows will be added very soon. These shows, just recently re-discovered, have been unheard for nearly 35 years!
In those days Dr. Demento played some amazing rock 'n roll, blues,
country and pop rarities from his collection, along with the crazy
novelty songs he became best known for. We have left in some of the
vintage commercials, many of them voiced by Dr. Demento himself.
You can stream entire shows, in stereo, for only $2 per show. Typically
each show runs approximately one hour and 35 minutes and includes (on
average) 30 songs. (The KPPC shows vary from one to two hours).
